We are limited on some of the products as to how much space there is for personalisation. If you include more than one name/word in the customisation box it may be stitched on more than one line if the product type requires it. If you require an especially long name or phrase please contact us prior to placing your order.
Please check spelling when placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for errors due to typing mistakes.
Unless specified in the product description names will have a capital initial and then lower case for the remainder of the text.
The type of font will be as shown in the picture of the product. Where there is an option of script or plain text please use the drop down menu to make your selection.
Size of the text will vary depending on the product and font.
All embroidery is stitched in colour-fast quality embroidery thread.
Exceptional care is taken in the placement / layout of personalised text.
